How This Started

Twenty years ago, our father saw a gap. He watched contractors move fast through neighborhoods, cutting corners, chasing the next job. He decided there had to be a better way. So he started Heritage Painting in Knoxville with a simple promise: quality work that reflects pride in the craft.

My brother Cody and I didn't grow up in an office. We grew up watching how he handled every project, how he talked to customers, how he'd stop and redo something if it wasn't right. We worked alongside him, learned the standards he set, and began to understand that this work was about more than finishing a checklist.

As he's aged, the weight of the business shifted to us. We made a decision: we weren't going to let what he built get smaller or softer. We committed to carry forward the legacy he left in this community by holding the same standards, bringing the same care, and honoring the relationships he built with families across Knoxville.
